If you want to pay with a money order or a cashier's check, you must email me for the payment address. Area of Service: No shipments will be made to anywhere outside the United States. Conditions of payment: Due to people recently making transactions with the intent to be malicious, if at any time an order is suspect, I may request a copy of your driver's license or ID to be faxed to me along with a front and back copy of a credit card, just to verify your identity. This information would be used only to verify the identify of the person making the order. This protects not only me and my business, but also protects the cardholder. Tax and Shipping: I'm located in Colorado, so there is tax for orders being shipping anywhere in Colorado. The shipping rate for all orders is $7.50 (rate increase effective 1/2019) for orders under $25.00. Orders $25.00 and over, priority mail shipping is free. With the price increase, it makes sense to spend $25.00 if your order is close so that you do not have the extra shipping fee. Orders will be filled in 1-2 days. All orders will be sent through the US Post Office by Priority Mail. If you need a package guaranteed by a certain day, I've also added Express Mail as an option. It's more expensive, but the guaranteed delivery time is 2 days. If you need your package overnight, those arrangements can also be made. I've added an additional option for those ordering a single charm under the value of $5.00. You can have your package sent by First Class Mail at the cost of $2.75 (rate increase 2019). First class mail usually takes longer for delivery (5-7 days) and I do not guarantee delivery with this service. Please only select this service if you are not in a hurry for your package. Returns: If a product is defective upon receipt, you may return it for an exchange. The product must be unused and unworn. Please contact me with your order number and I will give you the address where to send the return. The product must be returned in a padded envelope to prevent further damage. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. No returns unless an item is defective. There will be a 100% restocking fee on items returned for any other reason. Products: I will try to add inventory to my site on a regular basis to keep up with the need of my customers. However, with the decline in the purchase of Italian charms, I may not add new product as frequently and may not replenish my supply if a charm sells out.
